Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships (where tracking is available).

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch. Because some of our items ship directly from our suppliers, delivery can take longer than a standard local courier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on carriers.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Lost or delayed parcels
