Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Nibble. These rights are in addition to — and do not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email squishdinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

3. Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return an eligible item within the 30-day window. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

5. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, and final-sale or clearance products. These will be clearly marked. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

6. Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at squishdinfo@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
